"I spoke to Caren on Monday which is today 24th November at State Farm broker who started my insurance broker and they are not helpful and this worst lady name Caren is not at all helping me she was very rude and not cooperative.. I asked about my property I don’t want file the claim and this another property unit is trying to claim through my insurance and I call this David Roy my home owner insurance broker people and this worst and very rude lady is not able to listen and help. Worst. She had bad attitude. Caren had no good manners."
